Today I went through the drive thru of this establishment and asked for a crispy chicken sandwich no tomato, add cheese; combo... with a fry and a smoothie. I was on break from work at the time so when I got back to work and opened my sandwich wrapper Ifound that there was no lettuce. I was really confused and upset because the receipt plainly showed that the order had been rungin right. Because I was on break from work, I was not going to waste the rest of my break to drive back to the store to get thesituation fixed. I took a picture of it and ate the sandwich (as I was not going to waste the food and spend the rest of myshift hungry). After I finished work, I returned to the store and spoke to the employees there about the situation and theyinformed me that they were completely out of lettuce and that there were signs posted on the plexiglass at the payment counterinside and on the drive thru window. However, I mentioned to these employees that there was no sign that I noticed at the drivethru speaker or anywhere on the menu sign in the drive thru. They looked baffled and said that there should be, but after Ifinished speaking with them, I went outside to check and there was no sign anywhere on the speaker. If there is something thatthe establishment is missing, something that a lot of your products are supposed to have in it, it should be stated verbally tocustomers in the drive thru if it cannot be posted properly where people can see and understand the issue before they even ordertheir food. Stopped just before closing for a birthday cake, they have lots of selection and reasonable prices. Staff was very friendly even... though they were busy and closing soon and asked what I wanted written on my cake, some places don't even ask anymore. Read more
It was our first time back at DQ after Covid, not that it's done, but I digress. A few changes have happened. They have these... big plastic barriers at the cash, and when they are making a Blizzard, it's near impossable to hear the cashier. They got rid oftray service at your table, they now bring your meal in a large brown paper bag. The food was good, but I'm really just therefor a blizzard. ???? Read more
It's always a good place to get a treat. However the drive thru is not always the best experience. Suggest to go in especially... during sunset times very good view with their big window. Read more
The cashier was not understanding our order despite multiple attempts to explain what we wanted. It was mainly a language... barrier situation so we tried to be understanding. However the gray meat we received on our burgers was gross and the literally6 onion rings I was charged extra for instead of fries was extremely disappointing. Almost $40 for my husband and I to eat wasabsolutely not worth it, and will be our last time giving this store a chance! Read more
Ice cream is the same as always ???? But I'm only giving 3 stars because of how dirty the dining area was. There was cards on... the table saying the were cleaned/sanitized but the were visablly very dirty on the top.out of all the tables there were only acouple that didn't appear really dirty. By the cash there was a mess on the floor too that no one had still cleaned up. Read more
Wrong order at the drive thru as usual. Even had the cashier repeat it at the window to make sure it was right. Had asked for... burgers, got cheeseburgers. Even if I had looked in the bag, I wouldn?t have known until I got home. Do yourself a favour and goinside, then unwrap everything before you leave the store. Read more
Tried the flamethrower (#10), and it was awesome! Friendly staff, great place!
