Better than nothing (Sep16, 2022) New renovation, interior setting is a bit differ than 3 years ago. They provide sitting area... with sectional seat. Drink menu is different than GTA. Collection points with stamp card. Not the same system as GTA pointsystem. Read more
We were looking for a boba place in Moncton and so we found it! Great choice, cool that you can choose the amount of ice and... sugar you want in your boba. Chatime is not very kids friendly. It was not very clean in this location overall. Also the setupis such that you can't move the chair closer to the table (you know when a table has two benches attached to it). So my daughterwas sitting on the bench reaching for our two cups of boba tea and dropped one of it on the floor. It broke. So the whole fulllarge sized cup was gone. I understand that it was my 2 year old kid's fault that she dropped the whole cup after a minute sinceshe got it, but would be great to have it for free made for us again. Or to have a high chair for a kid. Anyway we paid again tohave the same thing and walked home with it. Overvise it is nice cafe for young people to hang out)) Read more
So... We were tourists in Moncton, wanted a bubble tea and found this Chatime on the web while located in downtime Moncton. 10... minutes walk to get there seemed great. The walk was ok but we ended in a industrial/commercial area. This explains the 4 out of5 stars... The neighborhood was not ideal to drink a bubble tea as a tourist but I understand it would be for a local whileshopping at Staples. This being said, the product itself was good, the staff was efficient and friendly. Read more
Ordered a Thai milk tea with boba. It was watered down and did not actually resemble the flavour of Thai milk tea. The bubbles... were a bit hard. Missing good quality bubble tea east of Ontario. Read more

this place is amazing!!!! there is so many kinds, endless combinations! there is vegan friendly options, and as well as lactose... free. I only didn't put a 5 star review, because of one thing; the taro. Taro is the most common milk tea anyone can get, and ifyou are pretty picky, taro is the way to go. But the taro at this particular place isn't the greatest. It has a very bittertaste, and the texture is as if it hasn't been mixed. But other then that, definitely a great place to come with friends,family, or all by yourself. Definitely will be returning. Read more
