I don?t expect super high standards from Waffle House in general, but this one is especially terrible. I witnessed an employee... drinking what appeared to be tequila on the job. I witnessed the same employee selling what appeared to be drugs in the parkinglot while she was in uniform. The manager of this location is also disrespectful to her employees and does not seem to careabout customers. Read more
When you go to Waffle House you don?t expect 5 star service but you do expect to at least be acknowledged. Walked-in and nobody... said anything to us, all the tables were occupied. We sat and waited for a free table, one empties after about 5 mins. Nobodygoes to clean it, nobody says anything to us. Another 5 mins go by and another table empties, nobody goes to clear it nobodysays anything to us. Another couple mins go by and another table empties. Now we have three empty tables, we?ve been waitingabout 20 mins, and nobody says anything so at this point I?m irritated bc at least acknowledge our presence. Let us know whenyou have a free moment, you?ll clear a table for us. This never happened. We kindly left and went to another Waffle House. Allthe while the guy at the register is singing and dancing when he could be helping to buss down some tables. Could I have saidsomething, sure but it?s not worth my energy when you clearly don?t want my business. Will not be going back to this location. Read more
This place is utterly disgusting through how they treat their staff. The district manager is rude, disrespectful, and overall... someone I would not want to be in the same facility with. I will not support this organization?s location as long as they havethis manager. Waffle House should be ashamed for allowing someone with this character into their organization. On top of thismanager?s drama, Waffle House does not carry any allergen friendly options. I would like to suggest that they move with thecurrent market flow and produce gluten-friendly alternatives. I've eaten at W H for years and this was the best experience I've ever had. Had a cheeseburger and hashbrowns. Asked for them... extra crispy and the cook did them perfectly. Wish I knew their names. The were working on 9-23-22 at 6:00. GREAT JOB!!! Read more
For starters I hate that you can?t reach the store via phone. I understand the online orders only concept but that?s not the... only reason people need to reach the store! So now I have to publicly place a complaint as opposed to an actual review of thestore. Our to-go order was placed 8/19/2022 between 7:45am-8:30am I don?t know if it was a bad batch of eggs or if the pansweren?t washed properly but we were very disappointed. I?ve never had eggs taste like this from a Waffle House before. Theytasted like dish soap and smelled like battery acid. My spouse took 2 bites and started feeling nauseous. Having been from Oregon, Waffle House was an eye opener for me. Waffle House is everything: 24/7, clean, cute, friendly,... efficient, cheap, and tasty. Especially this Waffle House. Coming here exhausted after a 12 hour shift is great. I know I?mgetting good food and even better service every time I?m here. Visited the one and only favorite Walffle House tonight. Upon entering we could see there was a shortage of staff like many... establishements. Josh and Morgan expeditedly prepared orders. Josh even cleaned tables, took orders, and cashed out customers. Ibelieve Josh may have been Manger on duty tonight I can honestly say he did a fantastic job went above and beyond. I understand being understaffed but this waffle house closes all the time. Tonight 11/22 at 8:32 they?re closing to stock up for... third shift? Let?s start taking the businesses out who don?t wanna be open in our neighborhood and replace them with businessesthat want to stay open! Read more
