Nearly every time I go here the drive through service is painfully slow, 30 minutes plus befor even ordering. I often decide to... go elsewhere. This is a difficult thing to do consider the drive through has a curb that a car Cannot get over without damage.This should be removed if they are going g to be that slow. With that being said when I do get my food it is often the wrongorder. If your going to be slow atleast get my order right. It's almost faster to drive to the next city and get tacobell andcome back. Went here about 9 p.m. on a Thursday night. Decided to get drive thru for my kids. The was 3 or 4 cars ahead of me and it... literally took 20 minutes just to get to the window. The Drive-thru cashier was nice and apologized for the wait. I smiledbecause I didn't want to cause any problems. However, the lady standing behind her scowled at me like I was a disease. Wewaited for another 10 minutes for our order. All I ordered was a #1 and #3 combo with sweet teas. The service took entirely toolong and I will NEVER be going back. Stay Away from this location! Management sucks at Moncks Corner Taco Bell. Lobby closed due to short staff but yet no notice to the customers until we get out... and find doors locked with no notice on the doors. Go thru drive thru and sit for 10 minutes to place an order another 15 topick up the order. I only ordered one beef melt!!!! Close the establishment until properly staffed. Usually the food is fine and it?s just something missing but today I got a bean , cheese and rice burrito that was missing the... beans and soaked in sauce that taste like straight hand sanitizer. I called and told them and the lady on the phone was nice andsaid she would switch out the sauce bottle. Got here pretty early in the day and the cashier was very kind and absolutely took our order correctly. We were informed the... fries would take longer and I had no issues waiting. There was some confusion in the kitchen on the no lettuce for the Gorditacrunches but the manager and cashier took care of us with open kindness. Highly recommend coming here even with the small issueswe received great overall customer service and the staff was very pleasant. Read more
