I don't know why I routinely come to the Starbucks but after today I will not be back and others to consider the same. I have... never ordered more than a black coffee, let alone usually within 10 to 15 minutes in advance, and the amount of times that I'vehad to wait at least 10 more minutes in store to get it outweighs the amount of times it was actually ready. Today, we were toldthat if we ordered more than a half hour ago on mobile that they were still on a 40 minute wait and that we should just leave.The most disappointing part is there is no hustle in the team. I appreciate the one or two in there that do move quickly butit's unfortunate for everyone that the rest of the team can't keep up. Read more
There coffee is always delicious, rather its a brand name or just a plain cup of Java. Always friendly staff

4 stars, but...the price. Everyone is nice and does a good job. The coffee house is clean and warm.
They charged me almost $7 for a cold foam cold brew (grande). I noticed the extra charged and asked about it and they said the... cold foam is an extra $1.25 on top of the advertised price. Gave it 3 tries. Ordered multiple refreshers. Paid for them. Received my order and zero fruit in the cup. When l asked, where's... the fruit. I was told they were out! That should have been said when l placed my order not after you got my money! I could'vebrought a carton of Strawberry Lemonade from Walmart if that's all l wanted! Read more
I normally expect a wait at most Starbucks as I assume the general public is as addicted as I am so they're all slammed more... times that not - especially with employee shortages and everything else going on. However, today after my short wait, they gaveme my drink for free and a gift card with a sincere apology for my wait saying "you've been in this line for entirely too long."Excellent customer service that I don't normally get from Starbucks! Just really to exspenive. Location is cramped and difficult to navigate your vehicle. They are in a bad spot . I just cant see... going back alone or with friends. Read more
