We made a online order,which we went through the drive through to pick up. Had one person in front of us which we waiting about... 10 minutes behind for them to get their food. We pull up to the window for two sandwiches and two fries with a drink and theytell us to pull forward to wait for our food. After waiting forever for them to bring it out they didn?t even give us the fullorder causing us to go back inside and get the rest of it. DO NOT waste your time here or anywhere in moncks corner for thatmatter. Just take the few extra minutes and go to goose creek the time you?ll spend driving there to get your food correctly isthe same amount of time you?ll wait anywhere in moncks to get it incorrectly. ??????? Was ordering food at the speaker the representative was busy talking to people in the background and misread our order we tried... to get her attention several times by telling her the order was wrong and she never responded. We pulled up to the window andsaid we would just have her to fix it at the window when we got to the window there was a woman with dreads and crooked teethtelling us she couldn?t do anything about the order being wrong bc the ?line was too long? while smiling (which is something sheshouldn?t do ) she wanted us to get back in line after waiting only God knows how many minutes to redo the order bc she wasn?tlistening. The reason why I'm giving a star is the food was ok. The service is HORRIBLE. The young lady with the blonde dreads is really... RUDE. After I received my food I forgot the honey and jelly- so I went back to drive through and she was helping the car I'mfront of me and when I got to the window she walked away. I saw another young lady and waved and she helped me. Maybe she NEEDSto get some training from ChicFilA employees. Read more

Last two times has been horrible. I am not sure what is happening but hardly anyone works here. I was told today I couldn't eat... inside because they had only 2 employees. My last visit the chicken was almost inedible. I used to like Popeyes but maybe notmuch now. This is a new restaurant and the owners should get out of the business. It deserves less than one star. When I pulled up a couple of workers were in the parking lot. One was on a smoke break. I proceed to the drive through line at... 5:20 pm on a Wednesday evening. I waited in line for several minutes, and no service. They?re not busy?at all. Yet, I neverreceived service. The car in the picture is as in the outside drive through lane. Sitting at drive thru #2 for 20 minutes watching car after car go through the first drive thru line with no problems. They need... to shut this place down. I dont care who has anything to say about this review but everytime I go here I have nothing butissues. They really need some new management in this store. No Kidding. This was the side of Mac n Cheese when I took the lid off. Also ordered 2 plain chicken sandwiches for the kids. ... They were both slathered in Mayo. Receipt says otherwise. I can?t justify paying $48 for a fast food meal like this. Also got3 piece tender combo and 2 piece platter. $48. 2 Sandwiches no one will eat and some sides like the one in the photo.
