I placed my order online and waited 30min past my pick up time. I checked in with someone 10min after my pick up time and they... said it wasn?t ready. Then tried to give me someone else?s order. Then asked if I just wanted my money back. No offer to makethings right after I sat there and watched other customers come in, place orders, then leave. It surprises me that it is that hard to read exactly what ingredients I asked for on my sub that I ordered online and they... still got that totally wrong. Maybe someone needs to require being able to read as a job requirement. Just saying. Never eatinghere again. It?s a sub not a four course meal! Wish I could give less than one star. Expensive but, so worth it. Sandwiches are so fresh and great flavor. People here are very pleasant.

Place was horrible. The stuff was trash. They did not help me out. I spent $60 for three subs and they forgot one of them... because they were lazy and didn?t give it to me.
