Staff is always happy and helpful. They get to know the customer. Food is always hot and fresh. Eat in or take out.
They never open at 5am. And if they are open the lady will say , I don't have no biscuits ready. If you open at 5am. Your cook... shouldn't be in the parking lot at 5 am waiting on someone to open the store. Give the job to someone who takes pride in it.This restaurant has went to the slumps. They can really close it down & give the town another breakfast spot. Read more
Just went in there to pick up two biscuits and a drink for my dad looked over in the corner by the window and there?s a dead... cockroach right there in the open this is supposed to be an establishment to serve customers not a graveyard for roaches in thechef leader was slow as hell stand there for about five minutes waiting for her as she kept looking at me and expecting me tolike walk around the corner and place my own order very unsanitized and very unprofessional Read more
Been awhile since I stopped her after getting a burnt up burger. But with the new staff that they have I got the best burger... from a takeout place I ever had! Great job guys. The cook did a excellent job making my burger. Telling everyone to go now theywill get the best burger in town. Do not let your cook go! Give him or her a raise so they will stay please. Read more
I used to love Hardee?s but now I honestly feels as if the people that are in there could care less about food quality. The... bacon keeps being burnt an over cooked. The hash brown are so dried out an hard it?s rediculous. We will all leave reviews forthem to do better but honestly we know nothing will change. Read more
I've visited the Clement Ferry road Hardee's at least six times. I've come to the conclusion that, that place needs management... and employees intervention. My fault for not checking before I left the drive thru but, to realize that you was given burntchicken tenders. The next time a burger with a wet and squeezed up bun and the last time a Frisco burger without the bread beingran through the toaster was the last straw for me. Management and employees will hold conversation with each other and see youstanding there waiting to greeted and helped. Read more
Not as Advertised! What you get for a $6 sandwich is a 1/4lb Burger and a 1/2 size rib meat not even covering half of the... Burger. Looked tempting on TV but not at all worth it. Whereas McDonald's have those tasty Signature Sandwiches that are lessthan these burgers and more of a value. I thought I would try this. Lesson learned back to McDonald's. Read more
