Don?t be fooled by the cool atmosphere. I ordered something very simple (literally pointed at the picture on the menu) and they... gave me something completely different, plain tacos with lettuce and cheese.. no sauce, anything. I can?t blame the languagebarrier because I pointed to the exact photo. Everyone else got correct orders except for mine and we all got the same thing.Everyone else?s food was dry and mine was dry and cold. I left this place hungrier and more disappointed than arriving. 0/10.The staff was friendly but it?s like they didn?t even care. I?ve been eating here for the past 10 years. This restaurant has always been my go to spot for lunch or dinner to the point... where I?m normally here at least weekly if not more often. I?ve never been so disappointed in my life. When Ben was the managerservice was always excellent and the food was just as good. Now Ben is no longer here and everything is going downhill. The foodportions are less than half of what they used to be and the servers argue with guests. I will not be going back to this Cinco demayo and will only be going to the one in Foxbank where they seem to have an understanding of customer service and foodportioning. Read more

We stopped in for lunch and was well pleased. This was our 1st time. Had the lunch #12. Very good. The chips and salsa were... wonderful, they have 2 different kinds. A lot of setting and can seat big parties of people. We will be coming back again. Read more

Dined there last night. They have revamped their menu. I wanted Alambres made with scallops and shrimp from the seafood menu... but didn't realize that I needed to SAY "SEAFOOD ALAMBRES" but because it is not listed that way on the menu so I requested"Alambres" and they brought steak and chicken Alambres instead of the scallops and shrimp I was expecting. When I told theserver I had the wrong meat he told me I ordered it wrong that there are many Alambres on menu and because I only said Alambresthat means he is bringing me steak and chicken. I checked the menu again; there is only an Alambres under the chicken menu andthere is one on seafood. There is not one in the pork or the steak. Regardless of that point, a server should not argue at thecustomer that they ordered wrong when they read it exactly from their menu! That's basic food service 101. I am appalled athis attitude. Apparently this customer missed the menu training clearly. Having said that, after I asked him to please bring methe dish I requested and he did with a snarky "it is right now?" I have to say the food was delicious so that's the ONLY reasonI rated this at 3 stars. If I go back, I will refuse his service. A business is not successful without happy customers. Food was great. It is not the best but not also the worst. So I think they still deserve a 5 star. The ambiance is decent.... Although sometimes the people in the bar get loud. The waiters are pretty attentive and they always try to smile. Big parkinglot as well. Will definitely coming back. Read more
