Moncks Corner Chic fil a needs to open their drive through service in both lanes for debit and Cash. It?s ridiculous every day... at lunch and dinner the line is backed up almost to the intersection of hwy 52. There is hardly anyone ever in the mobile appdrive through lane. The app is perfect for parking and y?all bringing it out or for someone to walk in and pick up but themobile app lane sits empty when it could be utilized and prevent traffic jams that cause people to get frustrated and angry. Second time in a role our order was wrong. Order spicy chicken meal. No fries. I ordered spicy grilled chicken salad. Received... breaded chicken salad. Called the store to speak with management but had to leave message. No more for me. Done with fast food! Read more

I did the drive-thru service and I?m no stranger to a Chick-fil-A drive-thru and if you?re looking for speedy-quick, this ain?t... it. Took me 17 min from start to finish. That, to me, is too long for a drive thru experience. Read more
Love God's chicken...#2 Spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese combo with Coke Zero . Order is always correct and always... hot. Associates are very friendly and best of all they have no suckteeths working there like those you see at KFC,Bojangles thatsuck their teeth and move like they have a 40lbs bag of sand in their pants. I am not one to write reviews normally, I love chik fil a and have never had a bad experience before. This morning however, the... hash rounds were forgotten to be given to me (glad I always double check before pulling away), I asked for them, and then afterreceiving them they were smashed to bits.
