I?ve been trying to order a pizza for 40 minutes now, they keep putting me on hold and hanging up on me, I was on hold for... almost 15 minutes the first time. They were verifying if they?re able to deliver to my address, even though I get pizzasdelivered here all the time. Poor service, do not recommend this place. I couldn?t even understand the man over the phone. I rarely order from this pizza hut for the simple fact that everytime I order it takes anywhere from an hour to 2 hours to get... my food delivered. This last time i received a text saying my order was out for delivery. Over an hour later I called to seewhat was going on and was told it was out for delivery. I asked what was talking so long to deliver and got a response of beinghung up on. My order was never delivered! This pizza hut is the absolute worst place I've ever ordered from the customer serviceis non existent. I'm just glad I opted to pay with cash since it never got delivered. Update: if you notice pizza hut asked mefor more information about my experience, well it's been a week since they promised to "make it right" and as expected I havenot heard from pizza hut. So with that being said I do not accept your apology because it is in no way sincere! If it was iwould have got a response by now. Absolutely unacceptable!! The worst Pizza Hut! I didn?t even place a major order. Simply a 24 count of wings and one order of... Cajun fries and it?s been well over an hour and a half going to 2 hours and I still haven?t received my order. My husband had togo to the store to see if they even have my order made because according to them at the store my order was out for delivery anhour ago when I called. Their services and staffing is the worst. My husband ended up getting home with my order? so much forthe delivery fee that I paid for nothing. Absolutely the worst pizza hut I've ever dealt with. Ordered and 2 hours later still hadn't received pizza so I called said they... they must've forgot about it. I'd say they never made it. So reordered and refunded my money they say anyways. 1.5hrs later nopizza still. So I call said it was on its way. Little while longer I call because I still had not received my pizza. The managersaid "Sir. The lady delivering your pizza said she sat outside of the truck stop for 15 minutes. But no answer. I said ma'amI've been sitting here almost 2 hrs waiting for the 2nd time. Worst pizza hut I have ever been to. Failed to take my name or number right. Waited extra long for my wings !! Place was ran... down and everyone was too busy trying to leave than do a good job. And since when is not one ranch included with a large orderof wings wanted almost a dollar for every ranch after I just spent 20 dollars on wings!! No stars. Pizza hut has always been one of my favorite places in town. Not anymore. The last several times we ordered it has... been wrong and when I call to let them know.. they are rude and act like it is our fault they messed up the order. I stoppedspending my money there months ago but my sons love it and they ordered with their own money.. and not surprisingly the orderwas wrong.. again. So I called to get my son a credit for his wrong order and again they were rude. I was just trying to get myson his credit since they cant seem to get their orders right anymore.. ever.. and was told that I should just quit orderingfrom them. Three different counter girls treated me as if I was not a paying customer but just a nuisance for having botheredthem with a wrong order. All this after a few months ago someone spitting in a customer's pizza and handing it to them? I stayedloyal because I understand it's not the entire staff's problem for one bad staff member. And that person had been fired. Butthree different staff members? In one call? And being told to just quit ordering? Yea. I'm done with this store.
