We went tonight for dinner and 1/2 price drinks. I had the PB Reuben and a couple dirty blue margaritas..the food was fantastic!... I've never eaten at a Primanti Bros before and having a sandwich with fries and coleslaw on it was a unique experience! Ourwaitress on the other hand was very rude. She plopped our drinks on our table without a word, she didn't even bring our meal tous.. someone else brought it and not one time did she ask how our food was while we were eating although I heard her ask 2 othertables how their food was. I would have given this location 5 stars, not because I'm a Huge Steeler fan. Because it took my 3 sandwiches almost an hour be... prepared. They had a buy 1 get 1 pizza special. (Which I ordered 15 min after the sandwiches, and received before) I orderedpepperoni onion,green bell pepper on both. One was just pepperoni. Disappointing. Although everything tasted great !!! Went in today after a visit to the mall. Food was fantastic, and the beer was cold. I'm horrible with names, but the bartender... and manager on duty were amazing, and I'll come back based on those two ladies. Best service I've had since moving back to thearea. Great environment, staff is very kind, I was there on a friday and it was very busy, but the service was fast. Food is great!

I ordered to go 1 and 1/2 hour before the restaurant closed. I picked up my order with in the timeline given. The Philly cheese... steak was warmish as well as the tots and cheese wedges. The sandwich meat resembled hamburger meat and was very scarce. It wasburnt there was a over abundance of cheese, no onions and burnt peppers. The aluminum foil it was placed in was extremelywrinkled.When I checked my order the meat had fallen on top of the cheese wedges box. Poorly packaged poorly prepared. If Icould give them a zero I would. I felt like my order was someone else’s leftovers. I called and expressed my concerns. I spoketo the same female that took my order. She offered to refund my money but at the same time she was very condescending and rudeabout the situation. Mainly because I did not want the order to be redone. She became defensive and stated that they would not spit in my food. Even though I never made that comment. Perfect example of No customer service skills and unnecessarycommunication. Nothing says anything better than "Welcome to Pittsburgh " than this restaurant. I'm originally from the Burgh and I have been... eating here as long as I can remember. For a good starter I recommend getting the soft pretzel which is almost a 2lb pretzelserved with honey mustard and beer cheese sauce. I also get the deep fried pickle spears with ranch. For the main course Ichoose pastrami and corned beef for my meats and tell them to double the meat. For my choice of drink I wanted to try their Dillpickle beer. This beer by itself only has a hint of dill so I had to add more pickle juice. To sum it up a taste of Pittsburghthis is the place to come to. Read more
