Drove through at 1:30 and they had just helped someone and then proceeded to say they were closed even though they close at... 2:00. The service there takes 5 plus minutes even if you order two tacos. They don?t truly seem to care at all. If you don?tlike the job you shouldn?t have taken it. Been there twice this week, staff was very friendly both times, and very quick! I avoid the taco bell over by my house... (bettendorf) as they are extemely slow and not very friendly. This location in Moline however is way better. Read more
Totally disgusting... will never eat here or order from here again. Had to order using a kiosk... all of whick had some sort of... goop or slim on them... no tray liner on any trays... they reuse any unopened sauce packets you might leave on the table(according to the sign on the counter with the packets) how is any of this sanitary and up to health inspector codes. After I spread the food out? clumped up and sour cream at one bite of one side?. Barely chips in nacho belle grande? $40 of... disappointing food? I work in food as well?. This morning I went through the drive through. The guy taking my order was friendly and helpful. And you could tell he was just... a happy guy. The lady at the window was just as friendly. It makes you want to come back for more. Great customerservice!!!!!!! Bravo!!!! These were adults working not kids. I love that! Read more
This taco bell is horrible! 98% of the time something is missing from your order. The quality of the food is horrible... overcooked, stale/hard soft shells and stale hard shells. tacos do not have enough cheese mostly all lettuce. I go out of myway to the taco bell by southpark mall now they know how to count and the food is fresh not stale and they actually putmeat/cheese in your items. I drive much farther to avoid the AVE taco bell. yesterday I had something in my taco I bit intoshown in picture this was my last visit will not ever go back after the way the food tasted yesterday YUCK!
