waited forever only for them to tell me that they were either out of everything or stuff was broken. Girl rolled her eyes and... got snotty like I was in the wrong for even showing up. I don't even know why I come back here, honestly. They screw up yourorders, you wait forever, the employees swear and get racist when they think nobody can hear them. If I owned this franchise I'dfile bankruptcy and just close doors. Read more

Got a 6" meatball sub. Waited about 15-20min. Got my sandwich walked outside took one bite and threw it away cuz the meatballs... were still cold almost frozen in the middle the sauce wasn't even warm. My sandwich was completely cold. This isn't the firstissue iv had here either. It's literally every time I come here something is wrong with my order. Read more

Don't even think about using the drive-thru. They completely ignore it for the longest time. Then when they do open the window... it's to tell you "one moment" and then you wait another 5 minutes before someone will take your order because they're working ononline orders instead of focusing on the people who are actually there. I never do reviews but this is the slowest subway I?ve ever been to in my life! I love subway and always have a good experience.... There was 3 people working and NOT busy. 2 people in the place INCLUDING ME! Took my almost 20 minutes for a sandwich.Ridiculous!!! Hire better workers! One girl was a rock star! The other 2 were horrible. An elderly woman slower than life and ateenager who didn?t know what a chicken bacon ranch is! Horrible. Read more

Food was edible, BUT yeah about the 2nd worst experience at a Subway in over 30 years of going to Subway. I felt bad, kinda,... for the 2 guys behind the counter because they looked frustrated and overwhelmed and doing the best they could. They were curtand not very patient. There were misunderstandings about a few orders while I'm standing there. They seemed ready to just walkout. Very few veggies, no tomatoes, meats weren't separated just a chunk of pepperoni. Yeah I think a drive to Woodburn nexttime will be in order. Until something changes I WILL NOT be going back!!! Read more

We all ordered our sandwiches online from the app. We ordered 6 sandwiches. And 6 sandwiches came out wrong. Not a single one of... us chose Italian bread but that is what we all got. Also half the subs were not to be toasted they toasted them all. If youaren't going to pay attention to people's order then you shouldn't be working in the food industry. This subway alwaysdisappoints. If I take the time to customize my ridiculously priced sandwich, then they should take the time to read it. Read more

I don?t ever do these reviews, and I am a big supporter of people in food/ service industry being treated with respect. So I... don?t know if it was just a rough day or what was happening, But this subway has horrible service. Not a good experience at all.Multiple staff working, only got 3 of our 4 sandwiches we ordered in ? 35 minutes ? and 2 of them were wrong!
