Don't expect to get breakfast here before your 6am shift. They don't open until 7am and are marked as 24 hours but close early,... as well as stop taking breakfast orders in the app at 1030am. If you get there after 1030am your mobile order is cancelled andyou have to for-go any coupons and just order at the window. Terribly inconvenient for a fast food joint. :/ Read more
Didn't actually eat there I used their parking lot to do some business ess and ate barbecued brisket at "Fire and knives "at... the food cart around the corner at the activities center. But I gave em a five for having such a well ran and with securityaround the clock makes for a stress free parking experience! Read more
Literally the second time this month I've gotten egg shells I my sandwich. Except this time was a lot and BIG pieces.
This store has improved significantly over the last 6mths, they are fast, efficient, rarely get my order wrong (and my orders... are always for 6 or more people and therefore large) I also doordash and they always have food ready. I appreciate the hard workand see dedication of this crew. Read more
Extremely rude employees, always messing up on orders. Not to mention they always skimp on sauce, do not offer ranch, bbq sauce... etc if you are gonna hang out 1 a order. Everytime I ask for extra sauce they roll there eyes and do not put extra sauce. Shouldget sauce for the prices they charge! Read more
NOT 24 HOURS!! Entire store closes at 11PM every night! It's unfortunate the franchise owner doesn't take the time to update... the business hours of their store. I'm sure people don't appreciate driving out to this location in the middle of the night whenit's closed. There isn't anywhere else in the area for miles that's open. It wastes time and money. Drive-through is listed as24 hours. Actual hours of operation are Sun-Sat, 5AM to 11PM. I've submitted an edit through Google Maps, but it's only going toeffect dine-in. The franchise owner will have to change the drive-through hours, due to Google Maps not giving the option toedit, but it's been two years and it's still listed as 24 hours so... Review: Double check your order before leaving. It'soften wrong. Coming here for any breakfast item between five AM and six you should be prepared to wait up to twenty minutes foryour food. They'll tell you to pull around to the side. Every time that I've been here, I've been told to pull around to theside. Here's a list of things I've ordered in the last two weeks. There doesn't appear to be any reason I should have to waitevery single time, considering each order is completely different. 1. Quarter Pounder only 2. Medium Fry only 3. Filet O Fishonly 4. I Go through the drive-through here and the food is good but the kids that are at the... ordering ordering and delivering portions Need to change their attitudes. this was a very below expectation experience. my initial ordering experience was good enough, paid cash and cashier was... friendly and polite, ensured we were getting what we were after. upon delivery to our table we were obviously missing theketchup and ranch that were both on the receipt. when i went to retrieve these missing items with my receipt, i was ignored bytwo employees that were too busy talking about after work plans. when finally helped, i showed the receipt and said i wasmissing the ranch and ketchup, the employee said simply, "Ketchup?" i replied (again showing the receipt), "No, ranch andketchup" one of the two socialites glared at me and the employee retrieved the ranch and ketchup without a further word. uponfinishing up the meal it became clear the happy meal also didnt include apple slices nor milk though both were on the receipt. a lack of care, and not great service. this was an atypical experience for me, and it was not good. bad customer service andmissing 4 items from my receipt made for an unpleasant experience.
