MOLDY bread on the classic chicken sandwich. At 6:23pm on 7/26 I ordered this sandwich. The girl who took my order had me repeat... it twice, but the service was insanely quick. As soon as I ordered it was ready. If only they took that time to quality checkthe science experiment they handed me. I had no idea until I took 3 bites of this sandwich and set it upside down. Then, Ilooked down at it and saw MOLD all over the bread. I started panicking and got a stomach ache...followed by diarrhea. Bad service. Ordered via the app, and the older man with an accent gave my food to someone else so they had to remake it & I was... late to work because of this. -I told him my order number and he handed me another order without listening to me. The previouscustomers didn't check their order and neither did he, this is very careless. He may mean well but this man needs majortraining. -He had his gloved hand in the cup which I drank from, I got disgusted and didn't wanna say anything because he hasalready messed up and I didn't wanna put him down even more. This guy is oblivious..he even asked if i want my drink full, whatkind of question is that? Its a sized cup for a reason. Needless to say i didn't drink from my cup. It also wasn't the drink Irequested: surprise, surprise! -Also, their soda machine is dirty, there's mold where it dispenses ice and i took a pic of it. This was my first time at this location. The cashier was very courteous. I ordered a 3 piece mild mixed with onion rings. There... was a short wait but my food was fresh. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The onion rings were crispy and hot. The pecan piewas sweet and firm but not overly so. I wasn't given napkins but other than that, my visit was excellent.
