Rudest manager I have ever encountered. We went here on late afternoon on Tuesday September 27th, and bought some chili dogs,... which were in a box, and acceptable, and fries which were cold and soggy. We went back and asked for them to be replaced, andalso ordered another chili dog to bring home to a friend. The manager, after scowling and being rude, slammed a bag of (still)soggy fries and a chili dog (wrapped in paper, not a box) into my hand and stalks away. How am I supposed to transport a chilidog in paper home? The paper was soaked by the time I got home, and the dog was inedible. Will not go back. Read more

Place looks run down, the employees need to learn where their paycheck comes from, you can't treat people with indiference in... any food establishment. Just threw my food out the window and slamed the window after. I was hungry but there are plenty ofother places to eat nearby. Read more

My first time at this fast food chain. I ordered via door dash and got a notification that my food was ready. 15 minutes later I... went in to pick up my order and it wasn't even started. (The store was empty, not at all busy.) I tried the place because Ineeded to use the Tesla chargers on the property. Food was good for a fast-good joint and the associate I interacted with at thefront counter was polite enough about my food not being ready, but they advertise Door Dash ordering...no reason for it not tobe ready 10-15 minutes after ordering with no other orders waiting.
