A year ago this was my favorite pizza place. The pizza was always perfectly cooked. I gave them 3 stars because I understand... people are struggling to find employees these days. But they must have a all new crew or something. We order pizza from hereevery Friday night. The last 3 maybe 4 months I have to throw it in my oven when I get home & cook it another 10 minutes. Evenwhen I ask them to cook it longer they don?t. Cheese should be all the way melted. With little small black spots on the crust.Tiny. My cheese isn?t even all the way melted when I get home. Bring back the employees from a year ago please. They made 5star pizzas. Read more

Ordered delivery asked if they had a driver cause i was paying cash order was 21 and change driver showed up i had two 20s asked... the driver if he had a 10 for change he said he had no change i felt bad and told him it was his lucky day gave him the 40 but iwill never be ordering from them again because of this issue Read more

Got stuck at a customer all day trying to get unloaded. Placed an order and received it within 20 minutes, came right to the... truck! Friendly ppl on the phone, friendly delivery guy, good hot food! Thanks y?all for delivering directly to the truck, itallowed me to stay with my trailer & load!!! Read more

2 weeks ago, I ordered for delivery. 90 minutes. Today, I called early, at 5pm, requested delivery for 620. The girl at the... register had no idea how to post an order for later. No idea how go run a credit card. No idea about anyyhing. At 630, I called.We only have one driver. He's back now, so another 20 minutes. Unacceptable. I have been to this restaurant several times, and have been disappointed by their service more often than not. From burning food... to leaving it out of the order, from badgering me for a tip that I mistakenly left out on a mobile order to refusing to refundme for an order that didn't arrive, this place does not have great service or food. My last interaction with this restaurantended in the manager telling me that they wouldn't refund me for a normal menu item that they were out of, which I neverreceived. In my experience, when a shop cannot fulfill a good or service that you have already paid for, they typically refundyour money to you. This was not the case here. This is an especially dangerous game to play when there are so many other pizzajoints around. The cherry on top is the manager who is extremely rude and will talk over you or just hang up if you call with acomplaint. I wish I could give this shop zero stars, but it appears that one is the lowest rating. A real shame. Read more
