A cute little country restaurant with sweet and friendly staff. Great place for tourist to the San Luis valley to stop and get... some local intel about the surrounding area while grabbing a bite of made from scratch food and a delicious milkshake!! Thecinnamon rolls are incredible and also made from scratch and the pies looked delicious though I couldn't eat anymore ???? Greatplace to check out if ever traveling through the San Luis Valley in Colorado Read more

Nice experience but I made the mistake of ordering their BBQ sandwich with mashed potatoes. It was very dry and did not taste... good, even with adding BBQ sauce. Their milkshakes are good though. Read more

We almost didn't go because the outside looks a little iffy, but we were glad we did! Very cute inside and the food was... delicious. Get the onion rings! Also, very good ranch. Read more

Grammy's Kitchen is a perfect name for this little gem. If you went to your Gram's and she made you some lunch from scratch it'd... be the same, one woman in the kitchen cooking individual orders as they come in. Definitely a local restaurant, but if you'retraveling through, as this reviewer, and have PLENTY of time (it was well over an hour for food to be served), then stop by. Besure to ask about the special of the day. Chicken fried steak sandwich had nice flavor, and is best without the bun and with theside of gravy, fries are homemade but a little stale. Ruben is packed with plenty of yummy ingredients and onion rings, YES,homemade with a tempura type coating. The desserts looked amazing and on this visit had many takers! If you find yourself on HWY17, have some time on your hands and hungry, stop in Grammy's Read more

Delicious breakfast stop on our way to Great Sand Dunes. Exactly what you would expect homemade style american breakfast to be.... The decor is worth checking out, very alternative. They also sell homemade bread loafs that must be really good. Prices are veryreasonable. The place was very clean, and had plenty of Covid signage, though server was not wearing a mask (reason for 4 starsinstead of 5). Read more

This place came in super clutch today. Our AirBnB has to switch quickly, and we hadn?t eaten yet. We decided to stop here as it... was closest. It was a good move! We went in, and asked if they had dine in, and the owner said yes. She was super hospitable, and a really nice lady. We did have to wait for a bit to get some food, but it was really good, and well worth the wait. I gotthe ?Thing? which is a open-faced burger with a bunch of chili, onions, tomato, and lettuce. I also got some onion rings. Thiswas super-authentic fast-food. It was delicious, and though it was a long wait, it filled us all up very well. 10/10, would eatagain Read more
