This place is bad compared to Riverbank! The whole place s dirty and has spider webs everywhere!! The bagger was SO SLOW!! I was... told my food was ready it just needed to be bagged but I sat there for 10 minutes!!! We watched the guy bagging the food and hewould just stand there like he was high or something. I didn?t get a receipt to do a survey. The only good one was Callie. Shewas nice and very hard working but I?m sorry but the others need to step it up. OH and to top it off I was drinking some iftheir sweet tea and I got something that was black in my month it felt like rubber! I told Callie and she gave me a new cup andsaid sorry about that. They also did not give me the cheese sauce I PAID for!!So I would just recommend going to Riverbank!! Read more
Great wings, friendly staff, and pretty quick service but fresh!
Food is good but crew needs work, long waiting times, not 21-26 mins like advertised. More like 1hr to 1:45, need to plan your... peak hrs better, people makes plans too and when you make them wait and extra 30-45 mins more it just doesn't work, they rathergo to cold and bad quality Wings down the street ( fire wings) than wait that long. My experience was awful. I ordered my food three hours in advance for my son?s birthday. When I arrived exactly on time my order... had not even been started. The staff was so incredibly rude about the situation. I had to wait 30 minutes for my order and itwas missing food.I was told they had no manager at all. I immediately sent an email about my experience to their corporateoffice. I did not receive a response till a month later. It was a gift card for $5. This wingstop needs better customer service. When has this EVER been a large thighbites combo? I?ve ordered this meal multiple times and have never received this little... quantity. I get more when I order regular thighbites. You guys at the Standiford location should be embarrassed. I will not beback. Read more
DO NOT COME HERE FOR DINE IN OR IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY. Food was fresh and delicious but it was an hour and 45 minute wait for my... order. I only had 2 medium bone in combos. I have no issue with waiting but many of the people ahead of me were pretty upsetthat they had to wait for food. Please make sure you order ahead of time or online, walk in are a waste of time. I'll come hereagain but I'll have to plan my order ahead of time. Read more
Don't use the app it is a rip-off. bungle orders the amount charged for the quality of the food doesn't equate. my wings have... been cold dry they used minimal sauce. being the 5 or 6 times I attempted to eat here it use to be a great place now you bebetter off buying fried chicken at winco foods the best fried chicken in California no lie try it yourself Read more
