Terrible customer service by the lady managers. Plus they treat the employees poorly and the backroom is dirty.
The buy one get one free coupon never works here. They always say our system doesn?t accept that coupon. Most other Subways... accept with no issues. Read more

2 stars cuz previous times ok.. However their sign says social distance and wear a mask. Went there for lunch today and max... people in the line so stand in the doorway to which we were told to close the door (fyi: more ventilation is better). That'swhen we noticed only one person was wearing any kind of face covering and we decide we don't want to food made by that personand left. Some Subways doing the right thing well others are not! I came to Subway at 7:50pm and online says they close at 9pm. I walk up to the door as I see people behind the counter and... lights on. I tried to open the door but locked. Than they turn off lights. If they have different times they close than theyshould make that known. As I am in the parking lot writing this, they turn the lights back on. Super unprofessional.
