REGARDING MODESTO OAKDALE/FLOYD LOCATION- Worst Subway EVER. OWNER is rude, CHEAP, and DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF FOOD or... customer's satisfaction. Recently ordered 2 subs & 1 wrap- ALL THREE were TERRIBLE quality! Stale bread, old, soggy produce,chewy meat, NOTHING was fresh! Toaster was broken. Owner was supposed to call me, never did. After calling multiple times, IFINALLY got him on the phone, which actually made it worse! He INSISTED the food was fresh,despite the fact he wasnt workingwhen my order was made. He told me no one else complains & basically called me a liar. When I informed him I'd be writing thisreview he didn't even care and still refused to correct the order. With Subway's outrageous prices, I'd expect at least 1 out of3 subs to be edible. But nope! Read more

Staff is really really slow! Takes them 15 minutes to make a foot long. 10 minutes to make a 6 inch. Went in for lunch only to... walk out empty because they are so slow. Shouldn?t have to wait no more than 10 minutes for a sandwich. Read more

Excellent!!! The owner, Paul was great, his staff was great and the sandwiches were great. I ordered 5, 6' subs with all the... trimmings, as I was blessed to provibe a meal for 100 hungry men. They were a big hit, and everyone was more than satisfied asthe individual sandwich slices made a big sandwich each. Paul delivered them himself on time and ready to go. The packaging andthe presentation of those huge sandwiches made a big impression as everyone made an enthusiastic complement. Read more

I wish I could give this location a negative star ....unfortunately this is the closest subway ..everytime i come here it's an... issue.i tried to support this location since it's so local but i think the owner should just sell and give someone else a chance.its a great location but it does not perform I will choose to drive a few miles out the way opposed to arriving with a saidmenu in mind only to be shut down due to the lack of operational equipment.once is understandable twice is plausible buteverytime is ridiculous Read more

I shop here all the time today i stop by the night shift Hispanic employee was really rude. I got 10minutes before closing... time . And no good customer service . She taunting me that i just walked in closing time . Bad business owner should thinkbefore hiring this kinda people. I was very unhappy. She was making her faces . If the employees have problems . The shopshould not advertise the time 9pm have the doors closed.. I have job to and i am in customer service field also . And do notever do that to customer's even the walk in last minute. Read more

I've been there plenty of times, they always have great customer service, but today was total opposite, an Indian man who helped... us was not interested in anything. No greeting, just threw my veggies in the bread, squished my sandwich really bad that all theveggies fell out. Then he threw it on the counter and when we paid for it he threw the change on the counter and turned aroundand left. It's people like him customers don't want to come back. He should be retrained and taught better customer serviceskills. Read more

The customer service was good but that ultimate garlic bread with steak they can keep. I paid 11 bucks and to be honest it was... not good at all. I only went because of the way it looked on the coupon i got through the mail. Won't try that one again. Butoverall the employee and store was good. Read more

Did an order for footlong classic Italian BMT over the app. It was a great experience! The app interface needs to be adjusted a... bit, but I was able to order pretty much what I wanted. I ordered it for my home and drove about a mile, and it was waiting forme when I got there! They literally just handed it to me and I walked out the door! The process was so simple and soeasy... I've done this several times at this point so I didn't want to leave a review right away, but I definitely wouldrecommend this Subway restaurant and definitely would recommend using the online app to create your order in advance! Otherthan that, it is a chain. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. I would give it five stars except for having to dealwith the homeless panhandling in the parking lot. Read more
