Service is great. I have been going there for a while. Occasionally the order gets messed up that's why it's a 4 star for me.
Absolutely the longest wait in a drive thru in 52 years!!! DRIVE-THRUS LIKE THIS ARE A MENACE TO OUR AIR QUALITY. Over 20... minutes of tracked time, possibly much longer, we weren't keeping track at first. Only 7-8 cars in line. Got to the window, theguy asked for payment, handed the card to him and said that was the longest drive-thru wait. he handed the card and drink to usand said," Have a nice day." and turned away. I asked for a receipt and again told him it was longest wait ever. He printed it,repeated the salutation and turned away again. Pink drink with EXTRA strawberry puree is my favorite. I know it doesn't come with it but i don't only want a lil squirt of... strawberry puree in it i want a nice squeeze! Extra! Love it. Extremely refreshing and such a delight!!! Try it. You'll love it.These guys did a great job ?????? Read more
Absolutely terrible Starbucks. First off, I seriously can't believe that city officials approved this physical location! It... shares its entrance with Valley Childrens Hospital and when visiting here yesterday, the line was all the way out the drivethrough and into Palendale street! There was a lady stuck behind me for almost 10 minutes and guess where she was going? NotStarbucks! The poor employees of Valley Childrens... I would hate this location if I worked there. And who designed their drivethrough? Obviously someone without a degree in common sense! *See pictures* A small car BARELY squeezes out if there's a lineof 5 or more cars. Good luck trying to get any half ton or larger truck through. And expect to be blocked in if you park. Thedrive though runs right through their only parking area that has a capacity of around 15 car spots. Emphasis on car. Now let'stalk about their uneducated management. When a customer comes in and you ask them to mask up, and they cite a state law thatexempts the customer from it, don't tell them that you "understand but, you still can't be here." I politely informed the womanwho claimed to be the manager, "I'm actually exempt and covered under California Civil Code 51b." She clearly didn't understand,even though she proclaimed so. And after a short conversation with her it got to the point to where I said "We can do this allday." To which she just stared at me but, when I walked up to the counter, she hesitantly and silently took my order, thenpromptly left to what I'm assuming is their break area. Waited about 10 more minutes for my grande white mocha to finally comeup. Nothing fancy added, just simple. Side note: The "manager" never asked me if I wanted it hot, iced, or other, my name and ifI would like anything else. As I waited, I spoke with two gentleman customers (one of which who was a Navy veteran) and wediscussed the absurdity of how a large business like Starbucks can't even educate their employees within " Read more
What?s the story with this place? The biggest structural Starbucks live ever been to. A very nice and open location with indoor... and outdoor seating. Parking lot is a little tight for parking when fighting with the drive-thru line. Read more
First time going inside to get my drink and it was nice. Line wasn't long and the service was great. Floors could've used a... little mopping. Well staffed would recommend going inside or using driving thru. Read more
