Pizza was pretty quick for how busy they were. Bathrooms and restaurant are clean, staff was friendly. Little crowded and the... salad bar was missing a lot. Overall though we had a good lunch and were stuffed! We will be returning to this location. Read more
The pizza was made in a convenient time matter. It looked just like their pictures on their menu. While I?ve ordered the Maui... Zowie too many times to count this was by far the spiciest. But still good none the less. Our other was a pepperoni and sausage.It was all good. Read more
Customer service was good but they really messed up on time. I ordered my food around 12:03 PM and didn't get it till 12:46! ... Was supposed to be done at 12:23 and whe I arrived they told me they were going to start making it now. I now have to leave forwork I start at 1:30 in Stockton and I wanted to have a few slices before I started now not going to happen. I will continue touse McHenry going forward or just go to In N Out or something. Not too mention they didn't apologize for the wait and latestart making my pizza. Pizza is alright, when hot. Order pick-up, their delivery is horrible. They don't tell you, but they use doordash. So when you... order a pizza plan on it being 45+ minutes later then the time they tell you while paying. You pay a delivery fee and tip too..Definitely would have done things differently if I'd have known. For the price I really did expect my pizza to be at least hot. Read more
This used to be my favorite round table. I recommended this store to everyone. Sadly not anymore, just got my 4th bad pizza.... There's hardly no sauce, even though after the first dry pizza I started ordering heavy sauce. But nope, they also completely changed the Italian garlic supreme to a very boring tasteless dry pizza. That used to be my favorite of all time. They forgotthe garlic completely and put no sauce at all on the last one. It was terrible. For over $30 that's unacceptable. Called totalk to the manager and was told they are under new management. Still no improvement and with mountain mikes almost rightnext door you would think they would want to be better than them. I guess the bottom line means more than making a goodpizza. Won't be going to the palendale store ever again. Sad because they are very close and used to be good. Lost acustomer???? Read more
Bad service! Round Table used to be a premium pizza I mean for a $35 pizza. I ordered my pizza for carry out at 3:40pm they... said 15 to 20 minutes. At 3:55 I showed up they said another 10 minutes. At 4:15 I ask how much longer apparently it was ready10 ago sitting in the warmer getting colder by the minute. The quality of the pizza was unsatisfactory tasted like a frozenpizza from the store. Been coming here almost once a week for years. I don't know what happened these last couple months but, they've been absolutely... awful. I don't know if they're having management problems or what but, my pizza is always wrong (this time all of the pineapplewas on one slice; you can't make this up!) and they seemingly change policies on a whim (no take home salad bar now, you have tobuy prepackaged for takeout, new policy!) We've been cutting them a break because everybody has been having a hard timepost-Covid but, enough is enough. The managers are always super unhelpful and the supervisors are extremely rude any time thereis an issue (which is like every time now). It's not worth the frustration. There are tons of other pizza parlors that would behappy for the business so we're going somewhere else from now on. It's very obvious this place doesn't care about its product orcustomers anymore!
