The service and employees are really nice and helpful but the food was not good. The salad bar had nasty looking vegetables, I... had to ask if I can have fresh salad mix, they did not get my order right the first time so I had to send it back, and it washighly over priced. My mom and I went in for lunch on a Thursday. We decided on 2 lunch specials based on their menu standing on the counter, in 2... different places. Personal up to 4 topping pizza, salad and a drink for $10.99. It took the woman at the register 4 minutes toeven figure out how to input our order into the computer. She asked our name and if we were eating in, then 4 minutes of silencewhile she fiddled with her register. She finally asks us what we want, we begin to order. She stops us 3 times to confirm whatwe want. She then tells us it's not a salad bar included with our meal, but a pre-made salad. We both wanted the salad bar. Shetold us that was the lunch special #5, which wasn't even on the menu. She then points to a piece of paper taped to the countertop and says those are the lunch specials. Well the one she's telling us we have to get is only a 1 topping pizza, while my momwanted 3 toppings. My mom asked if she could get the #3 and upgrade to a salad bar. She was told no, they can't do that. We werethen told we would have to do the 1 topping and just add extra toppings. She says it'll add about 50 cents for the extratoppings. Well it added $4. She gives our total, asks if we want ranch for our salads, we say yes. She hands us the saladplates, no range. We mention the sodas and she says that special doesn't come with sodas and it's $1 extra. I tell her maybe sheshould remove the menus that are standing on the counter if they're not correct. She said it wasn't her decision. We pay for 2sodas. She still doesn't give us ranch. She then tells us our lunch special is only allowed 1 trip to the salad bar. It took 10minutes to order 2 lunch specials. After we get our salads I go back to the register to get our ranch, as there's none at thesalad bar. She acted very inconvenienced. I don't mind if they switch up the lunch specials and change the prices, but you can'thave 2 things on the counter saying 2 different prices for the same thing, and just pick the mo Read more

INSPECT YOUR PIZZA BEFORE ACCEPTING! We?ve been customers of this location for 25+ yrs and have noticed it?s quality and service... is in a steep decline. Our last order was the last straw. The pizza was uneatable. The crust was burnt, the few toppings onlylightly covered 2/3 of the pizza , the ham was as tough as jerky and the pizza was cold. The delivery driver left it directly infront of the outward swinging screen door and did not ring the bell. (Our Ring Doorbell notified us of his arrival) I contactedthe store manager who did say they would ?remake? the order but after already waiting an hour and a half for delivery I?dalready started making something else for the family after opening the box and was not looking for a remake pizza. I really hopethe restaurant owner and manager addresses these issues but after reading previous customer reviews and the manager?s replies Isee this has been an on going issue for sometime now with no positive resolution.
