Drive thru backs up to the street so if you park in their limited parking you are stuck there forever. There were lots of people... working so idk why it's so slow. The place didn't look clean and the food portion sizes are laughable for what you pay for....Ihadn't eaten at a Popeye's in ages and it looks like that trend will continue... I also couldn't help but notice there werelarge boxes sloppy stacked in the lobby...This seems like some sort of code violation, especially if it contains frozen or coldfood items? Read more
I had ordered a $6 box. They forgot my order after I paid and got a receipt. I actually did wait 1 hour before they acknowledged... the mistake when I brought it up for the third time. No manager or staff bothered to check in or care. But 4 of the guys andgirls who did were very good in hearing me out and making it up. Read more
The drive through line is the slowest in town and the staff doesn't care about service. You literally will have multiple staff... members sitting around and not doing anything. They literally forgot both of my sides with my order and had me wait and pull tothe side to get my order. You would think with the extra time they would remember my 2 sides. Someone from upper managementneeds to come in and clean up the service at this location. It's a real bad reflection for the brand. It's only popular becausethere are many in the area. Normally no problems but recently lots of problems. Ask for regular ice tea and receive sweet tea, ask for 2 spicy chicken... sandwiches but only get 1- when you question them about it they only offer a coupon for next, not a refund or a actual chickensandwich but a fkn coupon?! Drive thru is soo slow, everytime Im at the drive thru I've waited more than 40 minutes to get my order, The line gets really... long and the restaurant is not clean inside there is mess everywhere. Workers are slow and dont really care about therestaurant. If your a dasher i recommend not accepting orders from this place its a waste of time, gas and money!! Read more
