I order a pan pizza instead got a thin crust pizza when I told the cashier that was not what I ordered the cashier started... arguing with me telling me that yes I did order a thin crust. When I asked for the manager she informed me she was the manager.I never seen a store manager with that bad of customer service before. This place offers good pizza at an affordable price. Without mentioning names, prices are comparable to the "bake it yourself at... home" places. I prefer not having to bake it myself. The only question I have is; Why isn't the "Hot N Ready"pizza alwaysready? I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes sometimes for it to be ready. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints. Read more
Today I ordered over the phone. My ordered was not correct AGAIN. I ordered a thin crust supreme and a half thin crust supreme... with pepperoni. Of course I have to wait for my order. I'm not sure what their problem is.... we can't comprehend a order otherthan cheese or pepperoni pizza. Jazmine needs to train her staff better. She seems to be always here when I come here.
