Drive thru was closed despite it having no signs that it was. The service sucked, waited 20 minutes for my order. Got home just... to realize they forgot at least a quarter of my order and I ordered coleslaw as my side and I got fries for my side instead. Yahit sucked. There drive threw intercom was down they did not even put a sign out to let people know that this was down I was stuck in... between cars in front and cars and back and I couldn't get out which I was late coming back from my lunch for work basically itwas the worst customer service. they had five employees behind the counter doing absolutely nothing but no one could go hang asign out that says it's not working? I ordered their 5 pc spicy crispy tenders and I kid you not, I only got 2. The rest looked like overdone popcorn chicken. The... biscuit looked like it was bitten, fries were cold, they forgot my drink and my sauce. I tried calling them to have a refund cuzI didn?t think it was fair to pay almost $15 for that, and they didn't answer. I called 15 times and no answer. We also had towait for our food for 20 minutes and it was the worst kfc I ever had. I'm never coming back here again. After we were asked towait, 4 other cars parked to wait after us. This place is by far the worst KFC ever. The food isn't fresh. The guy at the drive thru says pull around. I ordered 5 piece... tender meal, mash potatoes and coleslaw. So I pulled around and 10 mins later nothing. So walked in and they had me cold orderwaiting right there. Where is the care in peoples order . Also that over priced food was $17.00 for 1 meal. I used to work in fast food, so I understand that the job can be overwhelming sometimes, but the staff was terribly rude and I... had to wait 20 minutes because they forgot our biscuits, then I had to wait another 20 for them to give us utensils. And theywere not nice about it!! Read more
21 minutes i waited in the front of the store from a drive thru order for them to make a lil snacker and individual mash n... gravy. Food was cold. And this has happened twice in 3 weeks. Wont ever go there again. Read more
The worst experience I?ve ever had tonight. I will never eat from KFC again. People that work are the worst bad customer service... here never go here trust me ! We ordered at drive through, but when we got to the window and paid with a debit card, he come to the window and told us he... couldn't fill all of the order. We had ordered a four chicken wing dinner. He ask if we wanted something else on the menu,and we said no. We asked for the money back for the item they didn't have, and he repeatedly kept naming other options. Hethen said his manager just left, and he was not authorized to refund the money. So after all the back and forth we asked for 6chicken tenders, received the order and left. The tenders were hard and dry. We could not eat all of them. I will not comeback to that location again. You should know what's on your menu before you accept an order. Read more
