I ordered tonight 1/18/22 thru doordash requesting a large half cheese/half pepperoni making the request via 'special... instructions. I wanted to post this review because Jack's Pizza acknowledged that the made a mistake making a full pepperonipizza and went ahead and sent us a small cheese to make up the mistake with a very nice note. Best pizza in town!! They have good variety of pizzas (Indian style too) as well as chicken wings flavors. I love how they have... so many options for appetizers. They have recently opened this new location but they used to own Jacks pizza cafe (McHenry ave).I have been there so many times. The customer service is excellent and the food quality is exceptional. Very delicious pizza, the customer experience is the best! Very sad they sold their business on McHenry, but am very glad they... opened again on Standiford. Even though they moved and changed a few things, the changes have just made their service and foodeven better. The customer service is amazing as well, the lady I talked to was so polite to me and even though I arrived earlierthan the 15-20 minutes she gave me, it was ready and none of the people there gave me any attitude.
