Jack in the box on Coffee Road have to do better , it?s Thursday, October 27,2022 9:47 . I?m very disappointed in you guys for... having my family Members come back to you guys right back to the restaurant All Because You Guys not doing your Job correctly orproperly! My family Whole Order seem a bit Rushed and very much so like you guys didn?t care ! Sad part about it is THEY SPENTOVER $30 or more Dollars On Their Ordered & also was at the window over the time limit! How do I know that cause we had thatproblem with you guys before. This place has the worst service ever the girl at the drive-thru window has a horrible attitude I had to order about six times... at the drive-thru window very simple a jumbo Jack and a medium Coke and they got that wrong when I told them that was not what Iordered the girl just started cussing and finally I just said forget it and drove away I'll never go back there I wish I couldminus Stars I would. Honestly felt kinda hostile and i just visited the drive through its silly we have to ask for napkins plus there was someone... yelling in reprimand fashion at another employee. That breeds poor customer service. Despite that food was good. Read more
So first we waited in drive thru for a good 20 minutes almost. We ordered a meal and a jumbo jack and a curly fry. So we finally... get are food and before we leave the window we check to make sure the frys are hot and low and behold they are not. So we tellthem the frys are cold. They take the food back and make fresh frys. So when we get home we pull out the food and we had orderedspicy popcorn chicken and they literally gave us 6 pieces of popcorn chicken, and then we ordered a jumbo jack on sour doughwith cheese and they didn't put cheese on it. So we call them and they take are order down (or so they say they are) and arename. Well we go back the next day to get are order and they proceed to tell me that they don't have my name down. The lady wasrude and they didn't even give us are whole order like they had said they would back. This is not the first time that this hashappened there. We won't be returning here and dont recommend anyone going there. Read more
I love this location. There's a closet one to home but this one hasn't messed up once in 20 years. The food comes out fast and... is always perfect. Competent management and good employees keep me coming back here. Read more
