Clean but there was some crumbs and sauce on the table not a crazy big deal but still there Also the bathrooms were decent. Fast... service, I don't remember her name but the girl that helped me was kind and patient (im a very indecisive person takes me awhile to order) and I got my order no more then 10-15 minutes after I placed order. Most the time at other jack in the boxesthey gave slightly messed up my order some how but I don't know if it was because I had a small order but I did make quite a fewchanges and it was not messed up at all. Just ordered sourdough jack burger at 2am. Very disappointed the bread was not even toasted like it was just drenched in oil.... Super thin patty and very small. For what I paid should have been a little better than that. Read more

I have NEVER had a single issue with this jack n the box until tonight! I found a TANGLE OF HAIR AND LENT IN MY SALAD it looks... like it was literally pulled out of someone?s head and dropped it in my food, that was almost touching my lips . I will NEVEReat at that location again. I?m beyond disgusted with the paradise rd location. Do better as people. Read more
The worker sort of rushed us at the drive thu menu and then proceeded to refuse to take my samsung pay. She straight up said... they didn't take that... even though I literally used it there like a week ago. Read more
Great service late night. Very on point after hrs that's when I go. Thanks for always giving me what I ordered. Never have... forgotten to give me anything of my order. I love it.
