I?ve lived in New England where Dunkin? is on every street corner, and this is one of the worst Dunkin? Donuts I have ever been... to. The only reason I am giving a one star rating is due to the friendly staff. It takes almost 30 minutes to get my food anddrinks, even when I order ahead, almost every time I come to this location. They are incapable of handling the morning rush andare frequently understaffed with only one person cooking all the food. Read more
After growing up in New England I keep trying to tell myself that a Dunkin cannot be this consistently awful so I try and go... back again and again, but this failure of an establishment continues to lower the bar for me. Not only does it take them 40minutes to make a sandwich (not exaggerating), but that is the norm as it has happened the past 5 times my wife and I haveordered. To the point we order 30 minutes early online, show up, and then watch a single employee lollygag their way throughheating bagels so we stand there 40 minutes after placing our order. Not to mention how there is an extreme lack of workersduring any part of the day leading to 20+ minute drive-thru waits. Only for us to walk inside and watch 1 employee handledonuts, 1 handle drinks, and the other all of the drive thru orders by themself...and then once their task is complete theystand by and watch their working coworkers try to finish their tasks without helping to speed things up. The lack of managementis more than apparent, as it seems like no manager is around at all to help, let alone schedule or train enough employees tohandle the normal workload. After spending years in Massachusetts Dunkin's, where the second a store is open there is no slowdown, yet the store has no customer waiting for more than 5 minutes proves this store needs an overhaul. Do something to fixthis, I'm tired of waiting on the employees to finish their conversation with their coworker about last night's party before Ican pay and get my order. I have never left a negative review before, but this small sample size of complaints is only thesurface of the problems I have experienced with this store in the past 6 months, with many other people collaborating similarstories. I wanted to try Dunkin? something different than Starbucks. I regret that decision the breakfast sandwiches have no flavor taste... like manufactured eggs. The iced coffee was blah . Even the donut holes did not taste fresh.. I should have went to Starbucks. Read more
I really had high hopes for dunkin donuts. It was my first time here and the donuts tasted like it came Safeway. Better yet i... think the donuts taste better at a grocery store. Everytime I come here my food is wrong. Something as simple as 2 blueberry doughnuts they give me one pumpkin one. Another time... I got 7 doughnuts and all but 2 were incorrect. Now I?m sitting in the drive thru waiting for 2 glazed they forgot. Read more
