This restaurant is small, and usually pretty busy. Had to wait a little while even with a reservation, but that's to be expected... given their size and how busy they are. The servers are absolutely amazing. One woman there recommended a wine for me (I don'tlike wine) she offered to let me sample it. Now I order it every time. The food is outstanding. This little place offers thebest ribeye I've ever eaten. Unfortunately they will be closed for a few months due to renovations. However, I'm excited to goback in December to see their expansion. Came here on a night it wasn?t busy it was told they were busy which leads me to believe the management is incompetent right off... the bat. Server was very pleasant and polite but didn?t know how to watch the kitchen and stay on top of ticket times. Wouldhave been nice to get updates on where my food is. Not to mention the wine menu is all Gallo ???? Appetizer and entree werebrought out together. Mushroom appetizer served without bread- not that exciting. TLDR: This place is terrible. Frozen and bland food, no fresh pasta, inattentive waitstaff. Pleasent hostess - the only positive... and only reason it's not one star. Our night started with a lengthy wait, however the hostess was very pleasant and seated assoon as possible. That's when it all went down hill. Our waitress didn't not bring us flatware and we waited about 10 minutesto have our drink order taken which was brought wrong. We realized it after she left and she didn't come back for another 15minutes. I had to flag down another person on the waitstaff to have it fixed. One of reasons we decided to try this restaurantwas due to their online menu. We were disappointed to find that their current menu and the online menu were very different. Thebread they brought out was very odd. It was baked and sliced, but all the sides were tosted again, which lead to a really hardcrust...and yet the bread was also cold. The calamari we ordered was awful. The breading was sliding off the calamari and wasnot crisp at all. There was little to no seasoning either and I'm quite sure it was frozen at some point. The red sauce theybrought out was also cold and watery and I would swear was jarred Bertoli sauce. It was very bland. Our waitress continue topay little attention to us for drink refills...but my date and I could hear her gossiping with the other staff about people atother tables. Our main course arrived and somehow things got worse. I ordered the Beef Stroganoff with no onions as I have anallergy. It came with onions. They claimed to have cooked me a new one in under 10 minutes. The meat was AWFUL and clearlyfrozen. It was gritty and had no seasoning. The mushrooms were also rubbery and gross. Ciao Bella rushed us out of the restaurant as soon as we signed the bill with a signature and a tip. They stated we don't mean... to rush you but we need this table for other reservations. Our dinner was a party of 5 and we ate for one hour and 15 minutesgranted our food took 30 minutes to prep. They failed to ask us how our food was (salmon dish with picatta sauce was dry). The Sea food pasta I ordered came in a light garlic sauce it was ok, I think what happened when I seen the dish it reminded me... of Ciopino so I started to crave a little more spice instead of a light garlicky sauce. This was my first time going to eat here and it was all good, me and my bf started off with appetizers of shrimp scampi (forgot... to take pic) the sauce was so creamy and buttery delicious. My entrée was the lasagna, every piece was yummy. It was just tomuch for me so I had to take home. The service was on point always coming to refill water and soda. I love bringing my family to this restaurant. We all have our favorite dish. Mine is the Beef Stroganoff. I love the fresh... ingredients, and the staff is always very friendly. I only wish that they served Oysters. We are going tonight for my daughter's16th Birthday, and I am sure that it will be a wonderful night. Read more
