I was visiting from Reno, NV on a business trip for training. The service was excellent! I was helped by Karlee D and she was so... friendly, happy, helpful and attentive. The food was somewhat tasty too for the price: I got a drink for 2.79, their signaturefries for 3.29 and they kindly ask if you'd like a sauce of any flavor I asked for buffalo and BBQ, a shake for 2.00 and aburger for 7.99, I asked for add ONS which were an additional .99 cents per ingredient. Unfortunately I didn't get one of theingredients I paid for in my burger. Otherwise the visit was okay, I'd just recommend checking your order before leaving thebusiness or you may be surprised when you get home. With the tip it came out to about 24.00 my order was out in about 7minutes. Read more
Well branded burger establishment, with a variety of burger options, and delicious food! I ordered the veggie burger (not Beyond... Meat as noted on menu) which is their own house patty and quite tasty. I?m open to all meatless options and certainly appreciatethe effort in fresher alternatives. This burger was loaded with fresh crisp lettuce, a delicious sauce, grilled jalapeños andonion, and extraordinarily melted pepper jack goodness. Their house fries have an interesting twist with a very thin chip likeshape. My husband had the trio combo with their amazingly crispy sweet onion rings. I ordered a side of garlic aioli (they aregenerous in serving) and it was superbly garlicky. My first visit to IM Burger certainly did not disappoint! Read more
Edit: The owner reached out and offered to refund me for my order, so I?m adding a star back on. Like I said, it could have just... been a really off night for them, and I appreciate a business owner who can take accountability for their mistakes ???? Pleasedon't waste your money here. Don't be fooled by the good reviews... this is my new least favorite burger place intown. TLDR: Worst, soggiest fries I've ever had. Cookies are entirely raw. Wings are burnt up little crisps. Maybe strictly aburger and drink would be decent but don't bother with anything else if you want to actually eat it. I ordered a little bit ofeverything because it was my first time trying this place out. I was actually really excited because I had seen their miniburgers, and the reviews were all so good so I had to try it out. My order was: Duo Burgers: One mini crispy chicken, one miniangus beef. Side of Cajun Fries Small/Medium drink Wing Wednesday so I added 2 Garlic Parmesan Wings and a Snickerdoodle cookieon the side, my favorite! To be fair, the mini burgers themselves weren't terrible, they were poorly assembled, and a littlebit overcooked, but I still finished them despite not being impressed. Everything else had issues. The wings were tiny, burnt toa crisp, and were barely even touching the garlic parmesan sauce. Once I tried it though, I was happy they weren't coveredbecause it was entirely too greasy and overpowering. After a couple trial bites they went in the trash. The french fries arequite literally the worst I've ever had. The cajun seasoning wasn't my favorite, but not awful, although it didn't do nearlyenough to redeem them. I couldn't eat more than a couple of them because of how limp and soggy they were. The cookie was justadding insult to injury at this point. It was dough. Genuinely. All the way up to the very edge of the cookie was entirely raw,but it was somehow warm? It was as though they put cookie dough in the microwave for 15 seconds, or just under a Read more
