They processed my large order quickly. However, I would have rather they take their time and make the food correctly. None of... the food was hot (despite being told they needed to 'drop some meat' for me. Also, there was so little barbeque sauce on therodeo burgers you could barely see it. Literally, it was like eating a dry burger with onion rings. Very disappointing for allof us . There were no people in line waiting so I really expected better. First of all couldn't get the order right. Second couldn't swipe the card had to do it twice . My wife ordered a lettuce wrap... they don't go it. So they said the would put it in a box (whopper w cheese) didn't give us napkins or a spoon when he offeredone at the point. The food was terrible. My kids ordered cheese burgers the pickles were sweet. When I don't remember any otherburger king with sweet pickles. The sauce ketchup mustard was dry. Didn't have there game up to par. Should have expected the food to be as nasty as it was when my feet were sticking to the floor on every step. Yellow cone and... bucket of mop water on display for PR purpose only. Ordered double whopper Jr and chicken nuggets. Nuggets were cold andrubbery. I actually watched them pull nuggets from a metal pan that had 20-30 nuggets just sitting there already. Order donevery quickly so wouldn't doubt if whopper meat is stored same way as nuggets. It was cold too. Couldn't blame the whopper tempon veggies. Bare minimum on the burger. More ketchup than anything! Nasty! Poor customer service. Just throw in a bag and try topush you out. No ketchup, no nugget sauce, no napkins, no drink. Hello.........meal deal comes with a drink. Receipt prints onleft side only so not able to take their survey. Can't improve if can't complete survey. No wonder parking lot was EMPTY. Won'tsee my car there again. Super Nasty. We stopped for late lunch around 130pm; Two Cheeseburger kids meals w/coke's, and a Whopper, nothing too rough. Ordering and... payment transaction went fine; service was super friendly. 10 minutes later food was finally ready and handed to me with asmile. Received a half eaten hamburger in the drive-thru. Reported it to customer service relations and got no response. This... restaurant is a joke and dangerous to your health. Reported them to the code enforcement of the health department. They don'tcare about their customers or their food quality at all. Stay away from this restaurant if you want to be healthy!
