This place takes FOREVER to prepare food. I live 3 minutes from there but I will literally drive the extra miles to avoid this... particular restaurant. The owner of this establishment is shooting himself in the foot with chronic understaffing and productshortages. It's been this way since they opened. I gave them one star only because I had to. The lady taking my order was nice and the restaurant very clean. But I was surprised by the signs when I walked in and the... difference in price from the coupon I handed them. They're no longer doing the freestyle coke. Nor were there any refills. WhenI went to ask the lead or manager (black shirt) a question he ignored me and continued walking. This place sells terrible chicken nuggets they were cooked in bad cooking oil and was browned to much honestly they were gross.... I bought for great grand daughter and she wouldn't touch them fries were great. The man at window was wonderful and respectful. Read more
This is the second time I've had a bad experience at this location. The food here is just poorly executed. The fries where not... even close to being cooked. The sandwiches we received where nothing special but ordered as they come and even then they wherenot complete. And when asked why things where missing there reply was because they where out. The icing on the cake was thatwhen we asked for some sauce for the order of chicken fries they where also out of bbq sauce. For the reasons above we will nolonger be going to this location ever again. Hopefully this helps everyone out. Read more
Usually the food is fine, but this time I ordered an original chicken sandwich and there were two circles of seeds embedded in... the bread. It was pretty gross. Read more
Went in around 1pm and ordered a chicken sandwich meal medium with sprite, there were only three people working (one was on... break at the time). One making food, the other handling drive-through, front, and pick-up orders. They really need to get moreworkers unless we came in on the wrong day at the wrong time, it took 20 minutes or better to get our food (not an exaggerationbtw). They ended up accidentally giving us a whopper after all that, but I can?t really blame them since it was a two personteam and the drive-through was busy the whole time. I feel kinda bad for these workers, they must have been tired. Read more
Purchase their nuggets... I use their app here all the time, and you can get special deals! If you're not using the Burger King... app you need to! Good service, and using the app, food has always been waiting for me by the time I got to the drive-throughwindow. Access to this Burger King is great with two major roads that service it. I have never eaten inside the restaurant so Ican't speak to the cleanliness or order that is inside, but I can say that the drive-thru experiences have been great! Read more
Picked up two impossible burgers and a large fry. Burgers were missing lettuce and tomatoes as well as stale. Fries were cold.... All discovered when I got home (2 minutes away). Pretty ruthless for a person trying to eat before he goes back to work an 8 hrsshift. Never again. Read more
