Its 10.26pm Google says they close at 10.30pm we walked in as the door is unlocked and sign is lit OPEN the the 2 women that... where on there phone told us that they are closed. Whats with that?? Read more

I am writing this complaint because I?m trying to get a hold of someone over the phone with your corporate number however the... best way to reach you through email. I visited this location last night I went 10 minutes before they closed and before walkingin there was this sign at the door saying no mask no service I made sure my sister and I were wearing our masks however therewas a group of a family of four individuals inside of this location without a mask. it took a couple minutes before I wasacknowledged so I waited patiently for my turn when this kind employee acknowledge me and was taking care of my order, while shewas fixing our order my sister and I noticed that there was this individual behind the counter who was Not wearing a mask not anemployee not wearing gloves and was touching everything with his bare hands which made me think about going further with myorder because of this poor hygiene also we noticed the store manager was helping this individual behind the counter she took thefollowing family of and four individuals towards the back side to give them their items these individuals did not pay and walkedaway with free items, It is not the paying for my things im pist about I?m upset bc of the individual Wearing dirty clothing andtouching everything with his hands, and not even being an employee! I am sure these people were the managers family, and madesure they got their stuff, what about the customers that do pay for their things? Are we to be ignored and have to walk in witha mask to be serviced? The family then left the store as we were walking to our car we noticed they left walking, plus they hada toddler walking barefoot, on the street and that?s how the toddler was walking inside of the lobby! Gross this is veryupsetting and dirty! Definitely my last visit! Read more

Most of the time I get great service and employees seem unhappy. They have faulty refrigeration equipment, so you might get ice... cream that taste like frost and is sometimes gummy. They?ve increased their prices, which is understandable due to inflation...I get that, but they?ve also decreased the amount of the ice cream per serving that being served. The owner is not up to codewith the refrigeration unit. He doesn?t like to run the a/c in the summer time to reduce cost. I?ve been told by variousemployee that the owner is a cheapskate. Read more

Not pleasant visit. Workers ring up register, don't wash their hands. I order chocolate chip cone. Ice cream was very soft when... I question, I asked if I could replace it Jennifer (employee) change her attitude. It wasn't an option with her reaction. Irefuse to pay for ice cream if I'm not happy with it, especially $3 cone. I have no regrets 31 flavors is not kept cleaned likeit used to be. It's unfortunate. Read more
