Just went there tonight not even 10 mins ago got a double bacon burger (just the burger) with not ketchup or mustard and a... medium chocolate frosty. Burger had ketchup on it and frosty wasn?t even cold was warm and nasty with CLEANER on the cut. Smeltand tasted like bleach or something similar. Didn?t even bother going back. Read more
Restaurant dirty. Tables, floors and soda areas filthy. Trash can removed from receptacle without a liner. Service was ok, food... poor quality, fries warm not hot. Read more
I didn't wait in the drive-thru long and my meal was hot. The young lady was kind enough to make sure that I had enough... condiments and napkins. Awesome job! Read more
4 1/2 stars I ordered a bacon burger and got just a burger no bacon and a chili bowl and baked potato asked for butter at the... counter and didn't get it went back and they gave it after I made a comment they might not have none the only thing that helpedwith the experience was the manager that was on shift she fixed it all the butter she gave me some bacon for my burger she wasnice the whole time she made it a priority to get me everything I needed after the order was a lil messed up. I went here for lunch a few weeks ago. I ordered a Dave's Double combo. This was a really good burger for fast food. I wasn't... sure what to expect from fast food these days but was really surprised. The meat was seasoned and had all fresh toppings. Theburger was not greasy at all. The fries were really crispy. According to the bag, the fries are hot and crispy guaranteed. Wellthey lived up to that promise. The price of $12 was kinda high for fast food but it was good. I will go here again. Read more
Food was good and hot. Forget my cheese that I paid an extra dollar for. No straws for our drinks and the employee at the window... didn?t say a single word to us at the window at all. Definitely need better training and hospitality. Read more
Absolutely horrible!! We orders the new honey spicy chicken sandwich and it was supposed to be grilled. They gave us a skinny... little breaded chicken patty instead. On top of our bourbon bacon burgers being dry. Fries were ice cold. Sad for a stillsomewhat new restaurant to be that horrible!!! Read more
I had a mobile order for a single spicy pretzel chicken with no pickles and mustard. I got a pretzel bun, chicken and a pinch of... onions. No bacon, no beer cheese and very very little onion. I went back to correct it and the staff were laughing at me forbeing a trans women and still yet again got the sandwich wrong and put hardly any onions on it and no bacon. The phone numberthey have is disconnected and the staff was absolutely rude as could be. I will never be ordering from Wendy's again if this isthe kind of service I'm gonna get for a single chicken sandwich. Read more
