Send help SOMEONE?during a Friday lunch rush one older employee told the other employees several times to stop taking so many... orders (during lunch) because it?s too hard for her to keep up with the short staff. I saw at least six people back there but Idon?t know what shortstaffed is for that restaurant but I know the drive-through lines were both backed up and people insidewere waiting forever yet her solution was to stop taking orders so please send help to this restaurant because they need it! Has been to this location on more than one occasion and the lines are usually long and moving very slow! Tonight I sat between... 5-8 minutes and when I decided to drive off I noticed maybe 2 workers in the dining area. So basically we were ignored and thecompany lost money. Would give less if I could. Recently only took orders of the 6 cars in the inside lane while there were 5 car in the outside... lane of the drive through still waiting for orders to be taken. Was given the wrong order a separate time. And another time wastold ?we aren?t taking orders right now? while the whole staff was sitting inside eating at 9 PM, when the place closes at 11.
