Sean is disgustingly rude and arrogant and and Jamanda acting as if she was couldn?t hear and completely ignored me when I was... asking her a question. My midnight grits were lumpy and my steak was supposed to be medium and it was well done(dry). When Icalled with the concern twice no one answered so I stopped by the first thing in the morning and the night cook said that hisgrill was high and that 2nd shift prepared the lumpy grits. Worst waffle house ever. Sit and waited 20 minutes . Eventually the waitress come over and said they are only doing to go... orders. Why let us set 20 minutes and you take every other person order that came in after us. I guess we have the wrong skincolor to expect to get service here. Read more

If you're in a hurry don't stop here. We got coffee and silverware fast. Then nothing. We drank our coffee and waited for the... waitress who seemed to busy with herself to come take our breakfast order. So we paid for coffee and left. There were only 2other customers there so they were not busy at all. Will not go back. I would rather eat breakfast at a gas station. Read more
Currently nobody is behind the counter. Saw co-workers outside in the back area staring at me while me and another customer went... inside, so I know they saw us come in. It has been 15 minutes now, and still ...nobody to help take the customer who walked inat the same time as me nor mines order. You have an obligation to work a certain job, we all do. If you can't do the job, and ifyou just don't want to do it, then don't do the job, don't even think about applying. It's not hard. Common sense. Managershould be seeing this and think about who she/he is hiring, and take precautions and action for moments like these. The service was horrible. The crew paid not acknowledge customers. The customers had to initiate service. The only person that... had skills was the cook. He was interacting with waitresses once customers initiated orders. Read more
