The staff was wonderful. The waffles were Flat. Did they forget the baking powder? This seams to be a growing trend at all... waffle houses in the area. After it is in the name "Waffle House". Corporate needs to fix this! Read more
Worst waffle house in the history of waffle houses. 1 cook messing up everybody's order cooking food to long not long enough... etc. Waiter took 1 order at a time and never placed the order after he took the order ... Asked to be paid before he even gavethe order to the cook....then after we paid and waited 10 minutes he said "sorry we are swamped" and told the cook our order.There was literally 3 tables of 2 people all ordered before we got there. I have been to pretty many of these establishments and always have had a pleasant time! Good, fun people! This was an... EXCEPTION!! WAITPERSON+w+ww came to table asked If I ready to order or wanted something to drink. I asked 4 some hot water. Ilike to make my own Cappuccino. She brought it to me, I told her I would order in a little bit! Heard her tell tell otherwaitress, she only wants hot water for now! Never returned to me for my order, although there was eye contact. I went to eat breakfast before work this morning, all the tables were taken but one, I sat at that table and it was dirty they... wiped it down and I had to dry it. The staff were all cutting up and yelling across the room and only talking to certaincustomers, luckily my waitress seemed to be on the ball and the only professional (Angela) in the place other then the cook. Mycoffee was in a dirty cup my grits were old and tasted terrible! I?m very disappointed in my experience. I have been in customerservice for many years, so I can say you really need to change some things!! Read more
