I personally don't care much for this store. The smoothies are way over priced for the amount given and the staff was a lil rude... when I went in. The smoothie wasn't bad, but the large that I ordered was the size of a medium at other smoothie shops. Read more

Do not go here unless there is ZERO people in line. I waited for at least 15 minutes as the next car in line to order and had to... leave before even getting to order. They have some much needed work to do there. Read more
not sure how to spell her name by niyah is extremely rude and unprofessional. she brought out smoothies that had the lid half... way on and the smoothie was pouling down the sides. the wraps were made super messy and drenched in sauce, we had to ask for oneof the two wraps to be remade and she laughed and told her co worker ?just throw it away because he dont want it? and proceededto laugh, make jokes, talk about us to her co workers and still took 15 minutes to remake the wrap and it was probably worstthan it was made the first time. do not recommend her making any of your food here. i wasnt the only customer that had acomplaint about the way their food and smoothies were made. then when the other customer left they talked bad about her infrontof the other customers. so disappointed because i LOVE tropical smoothie. also this isnt my first time with this problem at thislocation as far as the food being messy or wrong. I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt so I visited on three separate occasions and the most I can give is 2 stars solely... based on the food and drinks. This is the slowest, most unprofessional location I've ever encountered. They take forever toacknowledge you at the speaker. They're equally slow at the window. They don't give you a receipt and just walk off like theydon't see you waiting. This has happened on three separate occasions and once while raining. I will not be returning. Read more
