Never again.. I paid forty something dollars for 2 salads.. I would've been better off going to the grocery store to make my own... salad.. now it's a clean atmosphere and they have everything you can think of to put on a salad.. but the prices are justridiculous. Read more

My husband and I went into salad station last night about 6 o?clock, got our salads with the imitation crab meat, all in all, we... spent about $26. When we get to our destination that we cannot leave once we get there because we bowl on a league. I start toeat my salad and noticed that the crab meat taste like the smell of fish, meaning it was bad. We were unable to eat our saladsbecause of this. We had to spend more money to buy more food. The manager took forever to get back to me and told me she wouldhave to contact the owners to figure out what to do about the situation. Not 10 minutes later I get a message from her that saysshe needs to see the salads. Not a problem, because we kept them in the refrigerator. I went home to get them and let her knowwhat time I will be there because I need to get back to work. I get there and the manager is talking to the mother of someonefilling out an application. This is not someone she?s doing an interview with, this person is sitting there still filling outthe application. And she is sitting there talking to the mother after she saw me walk in and unpackage the salads and put themon the counter. I had to interrupt her conversation to tell her that I needed to get back to work and please come take care ofthis. Her computer would not find my receipt, though it was sitting there in front of her and she said "screw it, I?ll just giveyou cash back". She also proceeded to tell me that imitation crab meat is made from fish and that?s why it smells like fish. Iam aware of how imitation crab meat is made and what it?s made from, but I am more aware of what it supposed to taste like whenit?s good, and the smell of fish is not what it supposed to taste like. This is not the first time I?ve had to deal with badfood here. It is however, the first time I?ve had to deal with this level of incompetence from a manager at this location. Wewon?t be back. I came at the perfect time. Restock time. Everything looked so beautiful and yummy. So many toppings to choose from, but they... have everything your heart desires. Every salad option you can think of along with soups, whole pieces of baked chicken, and baked potatoes that you can load up as... well. I would give 5 stars but it was very cold inside which made it a bit uncomfortable. Very nice staff that explainedeverything thoroughly. Read more
This place is literally heaven on earth. The set up and color scheme are even nice! From the moment you walk through the door... everything is clean, neat and they make you wear gloves!! When I saw the gloves I couldn?t help but smile because I likecleanliness. The simple pay by the pound set up allows you to get as much or as little as you heart may desire. When I say thisplace has options, trust me they have something for everyone I kid you not it would take me forever to list all the differentoptions of salad choices and toppings; if I added in the hot bar and soups it?d take even longer. You could eat here every dayfor months and not eat the same thing twice. Their ?juice? selection is amazing and to think most of it is flavored water iscrazy. I bought 2 salads Saturday and there was hair in my salad, I called immediately and requested a refund I still have the salads... with the receipt. The employee says the manager isn't there to refund it and to come Monday. I call Monday to inform that I'm onmy way to refund my order with the salad bowls saved over the weekend the employee says the manager left and to come backTuesday. I call today to make sure the manager is there to refund me. I still have the salad bowls. Now the manager says wecannot refund it without a picture of the hair in it. I said lady the hair was on the fork and I threw the fork away. Not tomention gnats were flying around the food at the restaurant. I don't recommend anyone going here because this could've beenresolved, I've shopped with them multiple times but not again. The owner in Louisiana supposedly informed staff to tell me thisafter waiting days to refund my food and holding spoiled salad to return to them. Read more
