You've heard people describe things as running like a well-oiled machine? Well, that's not the case with this Subway. It took 20... minutes for them to fill my one sandwich order when they were only three people ahead of me each with one sandwich. Slownessisn't the worst thing in the world, but combined with lack of customer service or feeling like it's even important, you get anot so great experience. I recommend just making your sandwich at home or going to another Subway. Read more

I believe this subway made changes to management because it is way better than the last time I came here. Service was great and... the food was prepared quickly. Everything was spot on and I will be back again! Read more

The worst subway in mobile. Anytime we have ordered a sub from here the bread is never cooked all the way through, always... doughy. They are constantly out of items, and never have enough employees. Therefore, we can never use their drive through. Ithink they would benefit with more employees and better training. Read more

Adding to similar recent experiences, this Subway has become terrible. Two evenings ago (9/28/2021, 7:45 PM, in case owners... would like to investigate who the manager was that evening), I hoped to get a sub. The only person working the line wasattempting to serve a very obnoxious young man who was purposely taking forever to pick his final "ingredients." Four feet awayfrom me, the store manager was slow-walking her bread count, and watched me stand there waiting for close to 15 minutes. Shehalf-heartedly asked the employee emptying the trash if she'd wait on "this guy." Ultimately, I could take no more of the abuseand walked out. I won't visit this one again. Read more

Was VERY disappointed with this Subway recently. There was an issue with my order placed online not going through. Still not... fully resolved. So I ordered via drive thru, only to be charged almost $10 more in person versus online for less items than Iordered online. Apparently online all the sandwiches fall under the 2 for $10 promo, but not in store. They have a little 8x10paper taped to the outside menu, which you cant read well at night. And their night "manager" was one of the most clueless teensI've encountered outside of a McDonald's. I could get passed the downed over (they shut it down an hour early) and no cookies.But their customer service was complete trash. Needless to say. We wont be returning to this location again.
