I placed a mobile order for pickup in the store. They got 1 out of the 2 ordered correct. I had a crying baby in the car so I... did have time to wait for them to correct the order. I hate cold coffee & my coffee was the one they messed up on and gave me acold coffee instead of a hot so that was a waste of money for me cuz I will not drink cold coffee. Read more
Employees where super nice and the store was very well keeped. They made my drink wrong but they saw there mistake and corrected... with no issues!! Read more
I absolutely love this Starbucks! I would only make one suggestion to make it better?the music is too loud in the building. It?s... difficult to hold conversations with my clients inside the building. We usually have to meet outside. This is perfectly fine oncooler days but in the summer, it becomes a little bit difficult to be outside in the heat. Apart from this, I love the customerservice and prompt service! Read more

Majority of my experience at this specific location was good and the customer service was exceptional!! However, when Covid hit... it really impacted their customer service at all Starbucks locations I've visited in the Mobile area .... I attached a photo ofwhat my panini looked like after they prepared it! Very messy and very terrible care. I understand baristas do not get paid asmuch as the customers spend....however I still spent a very pretty penny on my drink and panini. My drink also came out wrongbut it wasn't a big deal. But when I saw my panini I just had to write a review. Starbucks is having a hard time with thepandemic but I still do not think poor customer service is excusable. Read more
Like many of it's locations, Starbucks keeps a great look and a clean environment, with good vibes all around. The most unique... thing I noticed however about this particular location, was the board of affirmations by the door. I love these kind of things,and would love to see more locations pick this idea up! Stay positive and keep the good vibes rolling guys! Quick and easydelivery for a delivery guy like myself as well!
