Ate 1 spicy chicken sandwich at 4pm day before its now 3:34 am the next day stomach still in agonizing pain this isn't the first... time this has happen to me from this location. I tried to give em another shot it's been a whole lot better on the past butI've had a bad experience and I won't be returning. Customer service here is horrible all I wanted was to add on a drink and was told no it wasn?t even busy it would have taken 2... seconds to fix me a lemonade. Only for me to pull up and have to wait 10 minutes for spicy chicken to come up so why not fix thelemonade. Will not be coming back to this location and don?t recommend anyone to go here Read more
Spoke with Marcus the manager this afternoon, concerning the girl at the drive-through. This girl takes my debit card then rings... up the order and proceeds to keep my card. She grabs the bag, and turns around to say ?what?s this y?all ?, and leaves thewindow. At that point she has thrown off my train of thought. When she returns to the window she hands me the bag. (No debitcard).I asked for tarter sauce, she says it?s in the bag. I then ask for napkins. By this time I checked and no tarter sauce. Iasked for tarter sauce and she stomp?s away to get it. So why was my card and receipt out of her hands? Ole Mr. Marcus managerdefended her every bad act. I guess nothing else could be expected nowadays. Luckily I drove next door to The Dollar Tree, andOle Mr. Marcus manager brought me my card. So they had full access to my card for 10 minutes or so. Mr. Marcus hung up in myface when I tried to explain what happened. He says I left my card. This is a true statement, BUT IT IS POPEYES RESPONSIBILITYTO INSURE THAT THE CUSTOMER GETS THEIR METHOD OF PAYMENT BACK, AND THEIR CHANGE. THERE WAS NO REASON FOR HER TO PUT MY CARDDOWN. We were in the drive thru over 30 minutes. We had a coupon for the family meal at 10 pc chicken, 2 large sides and 5 biscuits.... They didn't give me the sides first and said they were in the box....Nooooo. A large size coleslaw can't fit in the box. Soafter opening up the chicken to prove it, we got the sides but No biscuits. It?s when you need customer service that you learn a business real value. On Thursday Sept 3, 2020 I was in town in Mobile,... Alabama. My aunt ask me to stop at Popeyes. Once she place her order and arrived the window, she ask the young lady if thechicken just came up. She was told yes. Once we got to her house about 2 blocks away she went to make plates and the chickenwas very disappointing. We returned to Popeyes and dealt with a manager named Torino. He was the kind of a manager you want todeal with when you have an issue. He apologized and offered to give us fresh food. He let us know we?d have to wait atleast 12minutes. Very disappointed! Get home after ordering $20 in dinner for my husband and I.. just the two of us.. he ordered a 3 piece spicy... white meat dinner with fries and I ordered the 8 piece chicken nuggets with fries and blackened each sauce.. no drinks. Afterarriving home,(3 minutes down the road) and opening up our bag to eat my husband realized that he received 2 pieces of dark meatand only one piece of white meat with his fries.. and his fries were not even warm! I opened my bag to find that my fries werestone COLD and although my nuggets were warm, I was given No sauce.. So I called the location to explain what we received wasn?tcorrect as well as what was missing to a response of ?well?. You can come back? I CAN COME BACK??? I can come back???
