if i could give it a zero i would ! worst experience ever . staff was very rude and didnt even supply me with the food i PAYED... for ! they instructed us to pull over while 5 cars were left out while we waited for 10 mins in a parking lot. when i finallygot the food only 1/4 of what was ordered came out . this could have possibly been a avoided if the cashier wasnt talking overme as i was trying to order. not only was the wait very long and the experience terrible but the food was cold.seriouslyridiculous!! Chicken was so dry it was like eating shoe leather. And i got mostly wings. They were so small it was like eating baby chickens.
Worst chicken sandwich ever. Large pieces of hard fried flour. About half the sandwich. The chicken breast was fried in a... ball not flat. The cashier was nice and friendly. Read more
On the 24th of September 2022, at2:30, I ordered food here, While I was. Standing at the counter tis is wat I saw. The staff fix... a large bowel of red beans, she picked the dish up with her fingers on the inside of the dish, then one of the workers saidsomething to her then she poured the beans back into the container from where she got them took the large bowel to to the ladlesbathroom washed it out then bring it back to put it back for reuse. The manager that was marking on the bottom of the othercontainers with beans knocked some of the onto the floor reached down a picked them up for sale. Read more
This Popeyes is always a good bet. The food is always fresh and hot. I usually use the drive thru and have never had to wait an... extended amount of time. Even if you get in line behind someone with a large order, they usually tell them to pull to the sideso the line keeps moving. They honor the "fast" in fast food!!!! Read more
I ordered online. Which is normally to help with having to wait. I chose to pick up through the drive thru. I arrived and let... them know I was there for my order. They asked me to pull up to the window, after sitting at the window for several minutes,they asked me to pull into a parking spot and they would bring it out to us. At this point it has been almost 15 minutes after Iarrived, which was approximately 10 minutes after I placed the order. My wife finally went inside to see what was taking solong, and finally came back to the car after another 12-15 minutes with the order, herself. It took 30 minutes of being ON SITEto get our order. It was an order of chicken nuggets and order of fries. Nothing crazy or a large order, but I watched countlesscars come and go through the drive thru and had to wait what equated to at least 40 minutes from time of order for some nuggetsand fries. To me this is only one of two things. Ignorance or incompetence, they either didn't care about the order or us ascustomers or the simply didn't possess the understanding of how to correctly do what should have been done. I don't post thisin anger, the chicken and fries were hot and fresh but obviously not even thought of until well until our visit. This wassimply poor performance. Read more
