If I could give something lower than one star I would. The food is hit or miss whether it is good or not. The customer service... is garbage. I just tried to get some food, it's raining, no one was working the drive thru, and when I walked into the lobby,there was an employee sitting in a booth told me the inside was closed. I asked about the drive thru and she looked at me like Iwas stupid or something. Never going back to this location again, even if it becomes the last popeyes in Mobile. Read more

Just picked up tenders from the window. I tried to order via the web. It wouldn't let me order a dozen mild and a dozen spicy.... It made it into 1 item of 2 dz all spicy. Read more

Customer service was fine; I guess due to the reviews listed here however I've never had service issues at any of the locations... here in Mobile ( just pandemic hours). But I had to take a pic to show this chicken was old; the breast has a Grey tint and isway to big to be cooked whole. This size breast needs to be cut up or not used at all. It tasted awful. To the manager (not pictured), you really need a new strategy. Running to deliver orders to 4-5 cars in parking lot every 15... minutes is not how it?s supposed to be . Y?all looked crazy out there trying to figure out which order belong to who. It?scalled a drive-thru for a reason. Cook the food based on previous rush times and down times and MANAGE the flow! All thatrunning around and somebody is bound to get hit in the parking lot trying to deliver orders. It was a mess out there yesterday,and hopefully you will do better. My food was hot.
