this is the worst McDonalds we have ever been to. over and over and over they get the food wrong, the soda is out, the shake... machine is down, they are ALWAYS SLOW...the last time we visited my soda was 3/4 full so I asked if she would top it off and allshe did was add more ice!!! The girl working at the drive thru has to be the rudest disrespectful person I have ever talked to. Not only did we drive 10... hours to an area where most things close 11 (on 11/10) but we got here at 1045 in front of the days inn and hooters in Alabamato sit at the drive tru while other people got there order took instead. I then move to the other window and she takes theirsinstead so I go back to the same window I was at and she again saids hold on I responded to the lady you told me to hold on like4 times she then responds no I told you 2 at this point i take my business to taco bell and will never step on McDonald's everagain and she is the reason Read more
Could be a lot better! The burger was good, but very little ketchup and mustard. Enough to change the color of the bun.

We were trying to pay with cash in the lobby but was told their machines were down and had to pay card on the Kiosk or go... through the drive thru. Unfortunately we don't know how to work the Kisok since we failed to miss our first day orientation.Would have been better prepared if I would have known I was going to have to do their job as well. After we ordered two kidscame in and they allowed them to pay at the register in cash. That was a quick fix I thought the registers were down. Read more
7/24/22. Bad service. Waited 10 minutes to even get someone to take my order. Watched one worker drop a hamburger on the floor... and put it in the bag.That's nasty . The person running the register didn't seem to be able to keep up. A lot of tables weredirty. This used to be one of the best Mcdonalds, now I'd have to say it's the worst. Read more
Visit today November 5th 2021. While I was the only customer in the store 2pm. 30 minute wait while everyone stood around... talking not working 1 was but couldn't do everything at once. Shorted fries???? burnt bacon and it all was made in the last 3minutes. Terrible management all doing nothing to help. Never any ice cream, the machines always broken. Got 2 quarter pounders, that's it, had to pull up and wait when there wasn't anyone else behind me. Then get home and the meat... is raw. Id post a picture but I can't figure out how to. But come on y'all got one job. Read more
