Ordered a 16$ Krystal chik meal, the tea was spoiled so we went in to change it out. Got back to work and the chiks were burnt... and unedible to the point t it hurt your teeth to bite into it. Called to try to get the food replaced, no return call...brought the food In person to change out, and they said they didnt have to replace it because we already replaced the tea andtheir tea wasn't spoiled. I usually eat Krystal 2 to 5 times a week.. no longer will I do so. If customer service is that bad,I'll find new place that wants my 16.00 a day for lunch. Do not recommend eating at this store. Nasty, dirty, unclean behind the counter, I tryed to get some burgers to go , but couldn't get waited on, because the lobby girl... was on break..and even though I was the only one in the lobby and only one car in the drive thru i didnt get waited on for 15mins so after asking three times for service I left. This is the second time this has happened here. So I'm done with Krystalsto many places to eat to put up with garbage service, but I guess that what the Krystal brand has become. Read more
Food was barely edible. Cheese Krystals had no cheese. You could tell they were old and no where near fresh. By the time we got... our food it was cold. Definitely do not recommend this place ???? Read more
